Arrive Goa - Dandeli Wildlife Sanctuary 108 Kms / 3 hrs

Arrive at Goa's Dabolim airport. Meet & greet by our representative with special welcome and transfer directly to the resort. The best time to visit is from october to june. Have a snooze, continue relaxing within these naturals’ environments, and take a walk through the woodland, sight crocodiles basking in the sun and flocks of beautiful water birds as you float down the river Kali in a coracle. Witness the miracle of a butterfly. Overnight stay at the resort.

Full day of jungle activities at Dandeli. Safari by jeep in the main feature to spot deer, bison, wild bear, sambar, elephant, wild dogs and a myriad of bird species including hornbills, woodpeckers and eagles. And if you're lucky, leopard and tiger are in evidence. Returning for a late breakfast, there'll be free time for trail walking, coracle and raft joyrides, cycling and fishing. Overnight stay.

Dandeli - Pattadakal - Aihole - Badami 230 Kms / 6 hrs

After breakfast, go for a scenic journey by road from Dandeli to Badami, en route visit Pattadakal, 29 kms away from Badami. It has 10 major temples representing early chalukya architecture, where coronations took place and where most of the temples were built between the 7th and 9th centuries. The Virupaksha, Mallikarjuna and jain temples are quite marvellous to behold, included is a visit to Aihole which is 46 kms away from Badami where the Hindu temples architecture can be seen in its embryonic stage -50 temples within the fort wall and 50 outside.

Our drive continues to Badami set in beautiful countryside’s of the four of a red sandstone ridge. The small rural town of Badami was once the capital of the Chalukya Empire which covered much of central Deccan between the 4th and 8th centuries Badami, renowned for its 4 ancient rock-cut caves, replete with carved pillars and bracket figures, all hewn out of red sandstone on the precipice of a hill. The largest of them is the third cave, dedicated to Lord Vishnu. The first sculptural embellishment to dazzle the eye is the 18-armed Nataraja, striking 81 dance poses, in the first cave. Overlooking the caves is the Agastya Tirtha lake, its banks dotted with a cluster of Bhoothanatha temples. Overnight stay.

Badami - Hospet - Hampi 142 kms / 3h 40m

After breakfast drive to Hospet- it is your base to explore the spectacular Vijayanagara ruins. In the afternoon, visit Hampi- it is one of the most fascinating historical sites in south India. The superb ruins are set in a strong and beautiful boulder-strewn landscape, which has an almost magical quality. The most splendid monuments of Hampi are, undoubtedly the Vittala temple complex.

Revisit Hampi - the 14th century capital city of the Vijaynagar Empire lies in the Deccan Heartland, in the state of Karnataka. The ruins spread over an area of more than 26 sq. kms. Protected by the tempestuous river Tungabhadra in the north and by rocky granite ridges on the other three sides. Explore Hampi at your own pace. Overnight stay.

Hampi - Goa 320 Kms / 7 hrs

On today's drive through the Hampi to Goa countryside, we see villages, woman dressed in the brilliantly coloured dress of the region & scenes of rural lives. Hit the beach. Your home for 2 nights. Overnight stay.

Goa

After breakfast visit to the baroque styled churches with lavishly ornamented and gilded altars. The Basilica of Bom Jesus where the body of St Frances Xavier is enshrined in a silver and glass casket, the magnificent Se Cathedral, Church of St Francis of Assisi. Proceed to Panaji, which is endowed with fine building. Enjoy the boat cruise at Mandovi river with Goan cultural music for one hour. Overnight stay.

Goa

Say good-bye to this fascinating land with sweet and memorable memories. Transfer to airport to board the flight for onward destination / hometown.
